How do I create a LinkedIn page for my business?

Creating a LinkedIn page for your business is easy. 

You must have a personal LinkedIn account before you can start a page for your business. If you do not have LinkedIn page, go to www.linkedin.com to sign up. You will need to enter your name and email address and create a password to create your LinkedIn account.

  1. Click the Work icon in the top right corner of your LinkedIn homepage.
  2. Click Create a Company Page. 
  3. Select the Page type you’d like to create from the following options:
    1. Small business
    2. Medium to large business
    3. Showcase page
    4. Educational institution (high school or university/college)
  4. Enter your Page identity, Company or Institution details, and Profile details information.
  5. Check the verification box to confirm you have the right to act on behalf of that company or school in the creation of the page.
  6. Click Create page.
  7. A red error message may appear if your LinkedIn account has recently been created.
  8. Click Start building your page! to build out your Page.
