I have SEO content to edit. What do I do now?
You've received a notification that you have SEO content to edit. You can now review, edit, and/or approve content for posting to your website.
When you click on the link in the email notification, you'll be directed to the content that is ready for review and editing or approval.
Once on the page, you'll have two options. You can read through the content and make the determination of which path to follow.
Option 1: I don't want to make any changes to the content.
If the content does not need edits and you are happy with it as is, please click the Approved - No Changes/Edits button. This will approve the content in the current form and send it to our team for posting to your website.
Option 2: I'd like to make a change to the current content.
If you would like to request changes to the content, please click the I'm Ready to Edit button. This will unlock the content for your edits.
Once you choose the I'm Ready to Edit button, you'll see two additional buttons on your screen and the toolbar will be activated for your use. Those are Save and Keep Editing and Submit Changes/Edits.
At this time, you can make any changes you'd like to the content. Once the content reads the way you like, simply click Submit Changes/Edits. This will save your edits and notify our Content Management team of your requested changes. We will review the changes to ensure they maintain the SEO value of the content. Should we have any questions, your Account Manager will call you to discuss the requested changes.
What does Save and Keep Editing mean?
Should you begin working on edits and need to come back later to finish, simply choose the Save and Keep Editing button. This will save your work until you have time to finish the review.
I have questions about my content, what do I do?
If you have questions about the content, please contact your Account Manager. You'll need to reference the Q Tag number located in the upper left corner of the content screen.
What happens after I approve the content?
Once your content has been approved, it will be posted to your website.
